Subject : Application for permission to arrange a freshers’ reception.
Sir,
With due respect we, the students of 2nd year of your college, beg to state
that the first year students classes will be started from the next week. We
want to give a reception (অভ্যর্থনা) to the freshers. We also want to organize
a cultural programme on this occasion (উপলক্ষ). The programme will take almost
two hours. The programme is scheduled to be held on 28 December 2021 at 2 pm
in the college auditorium.
We, therefore, hope and pray that you would be kind enough to give us
permission to organize the programme for the reception of the freshers and
oblige us thereby.
