Life of a Poor Woman
Latifa is a poor woman who lives in a slum. She cannot sleep in peace. She has to get up early in the morning and start her day in search of polythene bags, scrap paper and other materials that can be sold. She has to think himself what she would eat. She cannot read or write. Latifa has no surety of his lunch. She eats if she can manage it. Sometimes She quarrels with others. Latifa has nothing to do in the evening. She ha no means for entertainment. Nobody makes a bed for Latifa, nobody bids her good night. She sleeps on beside the roads. Mosquitoes, flies, and cockroach disturb her all night. She always thinks how her next day would go.
