Dear Abir,
Why are you silent for a long time? Is anything wrong with you? Anyway, how sad! I can’t believe what I’ve heard! You’re a chain smoker! How dare you smoke, Abir?

Quit smoking right now. Save yourself from the grip of the deadly habit. Listen, a single puff of a cigarette contains thousands of toxic particles which causes blockage in the heart, damages the brain cells, diseases of the lungs such a bronchitis, asthma ctg. It also causes lung canter and oral cancer. Besides, there is no organ or system of the body that is not harmed by toxicity of nicotine the main ingredient of tobacco that you smoke. Palpitation, chest pain, blurred vision, nausea, vertigo, restlessness, insomnia etc. are also the ultimate and immediate consequences of smoking.

I think you’re going to write that you’ve given up the deadly habit. I’ll be waiting for this good news.

Your friend,
Hira
