Land of our Birth, we pledge to thee
Our love and toil in the years to be;
When we are grown and take our place
As men and women of our race.
Father in heaven, who lovest all,
Oh help Thy children when they call;
That they may build from age to age.
An undefiled heritage.
প্রিয় জন্মভূমি, শপথ তোমার তরে
প্রেমে-শ্রমে পুঁজবো মোরা তোমার অকাতরে;
আমরা যখন বড় হবো দশের হবো এক
পরিণত পুরুষ-নারী যুবতী যুবক
স্রষ্টা তোমার ভালোবাসা সবার ওপর থাকে
সহায় থেকো, এসব শিশুর যখন তারা ডাকে।
তারা যেন গড়তে পারে যুগের পরে যুগ
উত্তরাধিকারের ধারা ছাপিয়ে হুজুগ।
The Theme : Here the children are playing to God to enable them to serve their beloved country. Children are saying that their love and hard work would never change towards their motherland in the coming years when they are grown up as citizens of the country. Whenever the children will call God for help, God would help them without any discrimination so that they can make the world free of evils. Children pray to God to teach them to be focused, responsible and dominant in their young age so that they can make the nation rise high.
(এখানে শিশুরা সৃষ্টিকর্তার কাছে প্রার্থনা করছে তিনি যেন তাদের প্রাণপ্রিয় দেশের সেবা করার সক্ষমতা তাদের দেন। শিশুরা বলছে যে, আগামী বছরগুলোতে যখন তারা দেশের বয়ঃপ্রাপ্ত নাগরিক হবে তখন দেশের প্রতি তাদের ভালবাসায় ও কঠোর পরিশ্রমে কোনো পরিবর্তন ঘটবে না। যখনই শিশুরা আল্লাহ্র সাহায্য প্রার্থনা করবে তখনই আল্লাহ তাদের মধ্যে কোনো বৈষম্য না করে তাদের সাহায্য করবেন যাতে করে তারা বিশ্বকে পাপমুক্ত করতে পারে। শিশুরা সৃষ্টিকর্তার কাছে প্রার্থনা করে তিনি যেন তাদের কেন্দ্রীভূত, দায়িত্বশীল ও কর্তৃত্বপরায়ণ হওয়ার শিক্ষা দান করেন যাতে করে তারা জাতিকে এগিয়ে নিতে পারে।
