How to Cook Meat
It is not at all difficult to cook beef or mutton. At first, wash the meat well. Then cut the meat into cubes. Put the pieces of meat in a pot. Add some water, salt, ginger, garlic, onion, pepper and turmeric. Put the pot on the cooker and let the meat boil until the meat becomes tender. Then add black pepper, cumin, cardamom, cinnamon and oil to the meat. Keep the meat on low flame until it takes brown colour. Then remove the pot from the cooker. Now it is ready for serving.
