These were badly damaged due to mishandling by railwaymen. The damage has caused you a heavy financial loss. You left the goods in the Rajshahi Railway godown.

Dear Sir,
This morning I have received some domestic goods and luggage booked in the Bangladesh Railway Wagon from Dhaka to Rajshahi on 25 December 2020 at 4 p.m. Unfortunately my household appliances such as television and refrigerator ware not found in good condition. They were badly damaged and have caused heavy losses to me. My goods were well packed and I think the damages were due to mishandling by the railwaymen.
I, therefore, request you to look into the matter and take necessary action. The goods are still lying in the Rajshahi Railway godown.
