Construction a bridge
Write an application to the Chairman of your Union Council for construction of a bridge.
Imagine, there is a canal between two villages, namely, Ratanpur and Mirzapur within Dignagar Union Parishad. As there is no bridge over the canal the people of these two villages find it difficult to move from one village to the other. The inhabitants of Ratanpur are very hard put to it to carry their agricultural products to sell in the market on the other side of the village. So construction of a bridge over the canal is a crying need.

Sir,
We, the undersigned, on behalf of the inhabitants of Ratanpur and Mirzapur villages beg to approach you with the following prayer. You know that there is a canal between our two villages. This canal creates a barrier between the inhabitant of the two villages. The inhabitants of Ratanpur sell their agricultural products in the bazar which is on the other side of the canal. But they find it difficult to carry their goods across the canal.
We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be gracious enough to consider our difficulties and pass necessary orders for the construction of a bridge over the canal. For this act of kindness, we shall ever remain grateful to you.

Dear Sir,
On behalf of the people of Chalk Gobinda of your municipality, I would like to inform you that we have been suffering a lot due to the want of a bridge in our area. The village is separated from the mainstream of the municipality by a river running through the village. People of this area have to suffer during the rainy season. The boat is the only means of transport to go to town. But the place is important from its economic, education perspective. There sits a big bazar twice a week. Besides, there are two high schools, three primary schools and a college in the area. The construction of a bridge will give a boost to the rural economy of the town.
May, I, therefore, hope and pray that you would be kind enough to take necessary steps to set up a bridge over the river nearby Chalk Gobinda and oblige thereby.

Sir,
We, the inhabitants of your union parishad, beg to lay before you the following facts for your kind consideration and favourable treatment.
You know it well that a big canal runs along with our union. Three villages stand on the eastern side of the canal and five villages stand on the western side of the canal. There is a small bazar a sub-post office and a primary school on the eastern side and there are a high school, a madrasah and union parishad office on the western side of the canal. So naturally, people have to cross the canal from one side to another every day. In the wet seasons, there are boats to cross the river. But it is not always safe. In the dry season, boats are not available. Then people especially students face critical problems. A bridge over the canal can solve these problems.
We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take effective steps for the construction of a bridge over the canal.

Suppose, the main bridge over a canal of your locality has been badly damaged and it has not been repaired. It causes untold sufferings to the local people. Now, write an application to the Chairman of your Union Parishad for immediate repair of the bridge.
Or, Suppose, the main bridge over a canal of your locality has been badly damaged and it has not been repaired for a long time. All the people of your locality especially the old, children and women have to suffer terribly. Now, write an application to the Chairman of your Union Council to repair the bridge immediately.
Or, Suppose, you live in a village of Faridpur. There is a bridge over the Shahi canal near at your village. The bridge has been damaged. Now, write an application to the Chairman of your Union Parishad to repair the bridge.

Sir,
I, on behalf of the villagers of Sadarpur, draw your kind attention that the Shahi Canal has divided the village into halves. Sadarpur High School and Sadarpur college are on the southern part. On the other hand, Sadarpur Mosque and Sadarpur New Market area on the northern part of the village. There is a wooden bridge over the Shahi canal to connect the separate parts. The bridge has been badly damaged. The bridge has yet not been repaired for a long time. As a result, it causes untold sufferings to the local people. Specially, the old, children and women have to suffer terribly. So, the repair of the bridge is a crying need.
I, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take necessary steps to do the repairment work of the bridge and oblige thereby.
