The chart below shows the minimum temperature (in Celsius) at Chittagong and Rajshahi in the years between 1997 and 2001. Write short analyzing the chart and give a title to it :

The chart shows the minimum temperature (in Celsius) at Chittagong and Rajshahi in the years between 1997 and 2001. In 1997, we easily notice from the chart that the minimum temperature in Chittagong was 14°C. While in Rajshahi, it was 8°C. In 1998, the temperature at Chittagong was unchanged but the temperature at Rajshahi was increased 2°C. In 1999, we see that both cities underwent temperature increase by 1°C. But in 2000, Chittagong took its previous temperature and it was 14°C while Rajshahi maintained its last year’s minimum temperature scale. In 2001, Chittagong showed an unusual behaviour and temperature dropped by 2°C in case of its minimum temperature. On the other hand, Rajshahi also underwent a drop and it was 1°C. From the data, we easily noticed that in the years between 1997 and 2001 both cities showed inconsistency in the rise and fall of the temperature.
